Toucan Refinery Onshore Refinery Gabon Africa This project was handled by Mott MacDonald. The value of the bulk order was 154K increasing to circa 240K. The project was very similar to that of the Rabi III project, however there was significant input from Shell direct. This project contained a detailed document submission, including final technical manuals and data dossiers.
